Pixel IT Pty Ltd respects our customers information privacy. We are bound by and commited to the National Privacy Principals under the Privacy Act 1988.

This statement sets out the principles governing the use of your information. By contacting us and by using our web site generally, you agree to the collection of your information and its use in the following manner.

How we collect your information

We collect your personal information when you contact us either directly or via inquiries with our suppliers, or by visiting our web site, or when we make contact with your organisation in order to promote our products and services.
We only collect basic information to allow us to maintain contact with you. This includes name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail and company details, product interests and notes relating to communications that we have had with you.
We do not collect any personal sensitive information as this is not necessary in order to do business with you.

For the avoidance of doubt, Pixel Productions does not pass data to any third parties except in the following circumstances;
 
i. to enable you to gain access to the restricted parts of certain Service Providers' Information;
ii. to enable you to receive information you have requested to be sent to you by post (we will disclose your address);
iii. to enable you to receive an on-line pay Service.

You have access to your information

Once we have verified the validity of the request, we can provide you with the details we have on file. If we deny your request for access we will advise you in writing of why such access has been withheld.
